"Dear Ticket Holder,
We are writing to inform you that the Andy, Kamran&Hooman and Sasy concert in Frankfurt, originally scheduled for April 30, has been postponed. Due to the current situation in Iran, and taking into consideration many of your requests, the event has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 17.
In accordance with our terms and conditions related to the situation in Iran, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date and are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
The venue and location remain unchanged, which means you will keep your current seats.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support."
