Frequently asked questions about your visit

Before the event

As a rule, you will find the admission time for your event on your event ticket. Admission to the Club usually begins approx. 1 hour before the start of the show, admission to the foyer of the Kuppelsaal approx. 1.5 hours before the start of the show. You can find specific information about your event in our programme calendar on the relevant event page.

Guests with a ‘B’ in their disabled pass can take one accompanying person with them free of charge. Appropriate tickets for the wheelchair-accessible platform or barrier-free peripheral seating at seated events are usually sold via separate e-mail addresses or telephone numbers. This information can usually be found on our event page in the programme calendar above the ticket button.
 

There are dedicated parking spaces available directly in front of the hall for all guests with disabilities.  Please use the entrance to car park B and ask our car park staff.  It is also possible to drop off disabled guests directly in front of the hall.  Please use the entrance to car park A and ask our car park staff.
 

If you are travelling by public transport: Frankfurt Höchst Farbwerke S-Bahn station is not accessible. We therefore recommend getting off at the Höchst Bahnhof S-Bahn station and taking a bus or taxi to the Jahrhunderthalle. The platforms at Höchst station are barrier-free, except for platforms 7 & 8.

Wheelchair users and guests with restricted mobility can access the event hall via a lift. Please ask our service or stewarding staff on-site for assistance.  At seated events with free seating, guests with restricted mobility will be escorted into the hall by security staff before general admission.

For your own safety, we carry out bag checks at the entrance. We ask you not to bring large handbags or rucksacks into the myticket Jahrhunderthalle, as this will delay admission times. At some events it is not permitted to bring bags larger than A4. 

The following items are prohibited: 

- Weapons or dangerous objects that could cause bodily injury if thrown  

- Aerosol spray bottles, corrosive or colouring substances, pressurised containers for highly flammable or harmful gases (excluding commercially available pocket lighters and hairspray) and breakable container

- Mechanically or electronically operated acoustic devices

- All food and drinks brought in from outside  

- Animals (except guide dogs and assistance dogs)   

- Racist, xenophobic and radical propaganda materials 

- Sound and image recording devices for commercial use

Children and young people under the age of 16 are generally not permitted to attend evening concerts,  while those over 16 and under 18 are only permitted to stay until midnight.  If they are accompanied by a parent or guardian, these restrictions do not apply.

There are 1,300 parking spaces directly in front of the myticket Jahrhunderthalle. For public events, these car parks open approx. 3 hours before the start of the event and are generally subject to a charge (€8/evening).  Both cashless and cash payments are accepted.

An exclusive car park is available for Premium Lounge visitors.

Our cloakrooms are located in the foyer of myticket Jahrhunderthalle. You can leave your coat or personal belongings there for a €3.00 fee. Both cashless and cash payments are accepted. 

We do not accept any liability for valuables, money, or keys left in bags, rucksacks, or personal belongings stored in the cloakroom. 

The box office usually opens about one hour before the start of the show and is located to the right of the main entrance.  Currently, only cash payments are accepted.

During the event

Treat yourself to an evening of entertainment in a class of its own and book a VIP upgrade to our Premium Lounge with your event ticket.  This upgrade includes the following services:
 

  • Separate entrance/fast lane

  • Access to exclusive Premium Lounge*
    (Open from the start of admission until the end of the event)

  • Fine-Dining-Catering and accompanying drinks before the show

  • Snacks and drinks in the break

  • Guest Service (incl. cloakroom in the lounge)

  • Reserved parking area in the VIP parking zone

VIP Upgrade

Sound or image recording devices for commercial use are generally not permitted at events. Please observe the signs in the foyer and follow the instructions of our staff.

 

 

For public events, our catering partner Levy Restaurants offers a varied selection of food and drinks served before the event and during the intervals in the myticket Jahrhunderthalle foyer.

After the event

Lost property is taken to our porter's lodge at the main entrance. If you have lost something, please call 069-3601-218.
