Exclusive moments

The VIP Upgrade is only valid in combination with an event ticket.
The following services are included:

• Reserved parking space in the VIP car park (access via Pfaffenwiese Car Park A; please show your VIP Upgrade Ticket there)

  • An automatic number plate recognition system is in operation in our car parks. Please have your number plate registered at our Guest Service desk at the lounge entrance.

• Separate entrance / fast lane (to the left of the main entrance; please follow the signs there)

• Access to the exclusive PREMIUM LOUNGE (open from the start of admission until the end of the event)

• Fine dining catering and accompanying drinks before the show

• Snacks and drinks during the interval

• Guest service (including cloakroom in the lounge)

Please note:

• The VIP PREMIUM LOUNGE upgrade is valid for one person

• The PREMIUM LOUNGE is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the foyer, and is accessible via a ramp. Access to the Kuppelsaal for people with reduced mobility is via a lift at the porter’s lodge by the main entrance. Please speak to the medical staff or security personnel stationed there.

• Persons accompanying holders of a disability card (B) also require a VIP PREMIUM LOUNGE upgrade ticket

• The VIP PREMIUM LOUNGE upgrade is only valid on the day of the event

• The VIP PREMIUM LOUNGE upgrade does not include an admission ticket

• The VIP PREMIUM LOUNGE upgrade can be added to any ticket category
